From today through August 14th, we invite all current members of AICI WEST to submit their original design!
If your design is selected, you will receive complimentary admission to the conference! Designs should incorporate the title, theme, AICI colors, and must be original. Please read Rules and Conditions for this contest, below. Submit your designs (PDF, .JPG, or .PNG only) to aiciwest@gmail.com. If you have any questions, please reach out to aiciwest@gmail.com. Rules and Conditions:
Contest is only open to current AICI WEST Chapter members.
Only 1 submission per member will be accepted.
Submissions must be received no later 5:00pmPST on August 14, 2020.
Winner will be selected by the 2020 AICI WEST Educational Conference Committee. All results will be final. Winner will be announced on August 21, 2020.
Committee is under no obligation to choose a submitted design and may choose a design created by the Committee; in that instance, no winner will be named.
Should the decision result in a tie, the Committee reserves the right to award prizes to multiple winners.
Winner agrees to release all rights to original work to AICI WEST (Winner will be required to sign a design release).
No other compensation will be offered in exchange for use of artwork
Prize of complimentary admission is not transferable.

Your submission serves as agreement to all listed Rules and Conditions.
