Greetings and Happy Holidays to all! Well…we made it to the end of 2020! I have a sometimes-unpopular opinion and confession to make to you: I don’t believe in New Year’s Resolutions. I feel it’s an arbitrary marker that, outside of a fiscal calendar requirement for most organizations, is a convenient place to start anew. What’s wrong with March 1st? Or August 4th? Nothing. It’s a mindset that has been reinforced in us.
But this year…I am thinking and feeling differently.
